This charming eatery crafts a unique blend of flavors that transports you straight to the picturesque landscapes of Tuscany, all while keeping your travel schedule in mind.

At Stefani's, each dish is a tribute to the rich tradition of Italian cuisine. One can't help but be tempted by their exquisite pizzas. The Regina, topped with Tuscan sausage, toasted pepper, and mushrooms, is a savory delight at $19.00, while the classic Margherita dazzles with its simplicity and freshness, priced at an affordable $18.00. For those who crave something more robust, the Prosciutto e Funghi is a must-try, combining prosciutto cotto with fresh mozzarella and mushrooms for a mouthwatering experience.

For those seeking lighter fare, the Verdure options are also noteworthy. The Sautéed Spinaci with garlic and olive oil is a perfect side to complement your meal, while the Roasted Potatoes seasoned with rosemary and sage add a comforting touch.

Quite good food and great service for an airport restaurant. Came for breakfast with time to spare and had a good meal for the same price as airport take away. Would recommend for those looking for a spot with time until their flight.

Quite impressive for an airport restaurant. The Italian sausage-pasta entree was very good and the portions were more than enough. Drink refills could have been faster. Pleasant music at an appropriate volume. That some of the staff members are still wearing a face diaper is disappointing and the suggested tip amounts are ridiculous.

Of course airport food is outrageously expensive and often terrible but this place is near the far end of B Concourse (B18) with many tables and a lot quieter than the ones like . Ms Maribella (so nice!) our server suggested the Pollo con Zucchini - very sappari さっはり fresh and light with grilled chicken, thin grilled zucchini - that I need to add to my backyard pub grill menu! - with balsamy drizzle all over it. Since that was light we also ordered the Calamari Fritti. When I have had calamari it is usually just rings but this included the ika geso - - squid tentacles that I love so much! Both were the perfect combo! I first ordered a Goose Island IPA - alas they are from my homeland - but since they soldout to InBev I had to support the Independents! on my 2nd 20oz so I got a Bells 2IPA. Both really hoppy refreshing for an 84’F Chicago arrival. This was a great decision for a long layover to sit and enjoy ORD from a table in Tuscany!

Dinner was delicious. I had Fettuccine Alfredo as you can see with a Long Island Iced Tea. It was on point. Chicken cooked just right. Noodles, cheese, and sauce is all delicious The portion of food is just right. What can I say. Hostess and waiter was very kind and polite. Well kept, clean establishment inside the airport, I forgot I was here if it hadn’t been for the view... Satisfied customer

A wonderful eatery, within the airport. A great place for a yummy bite to eat. We had a caprese salad, and a meatball,(they're huge), and it came with garlic bread. A perfect snack, before our flight. The sauce is amazing. Taste like a good homemade Italian sauce. We both highly recommend stopping here, for a cozy, quiet lunch/dinner.

When getting food in an airport you know you will be over-paying, that is a fact of life. So, with that realization out of the way, I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient service and the quality of the food. My entire family enjoyed the dishes they ordered. I am glad we decided to stop here.

Hands down the most relaxing and delicious meal in any airport. Lots of tables away from the stream of airport traffic. Food was very good. Homemade and lovely. Wine was good and fair prices. Service was excellent. Timely. We had 2 courses plus wine to start , sitting down to getting a bill, 50 minutes. 50 minutes of relaxation IN AN Airport
